At the heart of this culinary program is the sharing of presentations by regional ambassadors, a range of food masterclasses, a focus on product development using regional botanicals as well as building industry related skills to support career pathways in the tourism, hospitality, agriculture and business sectors.
Under the guidance of award-winning chef Paul Iskov (chef and owner, Fervor) and high regarded chefs, the regional Aboriginal Ambassadors are given the opportunity to work closely to develop a range of dishes.
