This is a unique dining experience that supports and showcases Aboriginal Youth from across WA, and is part of the Djinda Ngardak Culinary Program.
Under the guidance of Anna Gare (media personality and cookbook author); Paul Iskov (Owner -Fervor), Rohan Parks (Fervor) and Melissa Pelinkas (Young George),and Indigenous chef Reece Lardi (Stablehand); our regional Aboriginal Ambassadors will have opportunities to develop a range of dishes.
The menu features local Great Southern regional produces with dishes that are inspired by regional native ingredients. The evening’s entertainment includes Aboriginal art, music, Dance and a fashion parade showcasing Aboriginal models and clothing, and will be held at the Albany Entertainment Centre 23rd November 2018.
At the heart of this culinary program is the cultural awareness and exchange activities, food workshops, student regional presentations, a public morning tea, music, art and fashion workshops, team building workshops and a gala dinner event.
Regional produce and wines are included in the ticketed price (no BYO).
