Perth International Jazz Festival

9 - 11 November 2018 State Theatre Centre of WA, Middar room, Courtyard

The Perth International Jazz Festival (PIJF) makes its much anticipated return for one weekend only from Friday 9, Saturday 10 & Sunday 11 November 2018.

Presenting an array of incredible jazz performances in numerous venues across the city, the three day festival will feature a blend of ticketed and free community events. Showcasing a host of celebrated local, national and international artists, this year’s Jazz program offers something for everyone. Come and be seduced by the language of Jazz: sometimes intimate, often boisterous, layered with experience and life profoundly lived - it’s found in the act of creating the form itself.

The purpose of the PIJF is to promote jazz music to the wider community, including the international community. It aims to bring inspiring music by talented musicians from around Australia and the world to Perth, and present creative programs in an accessible and vibrant way. Our vision is to become nationally and internationally acclaimed as one of the world's iconic jazz festivals and attract distinguished jazz performers from all around the globe.
